Reach the grove desk
Write to the office that keeps the record
Tell us about your study area, the devices you carry and the reporting cycle you answer to. The grove desk reads every message directly; there is no ticket queue between you and the people who run the field study tracks of Fbs Holding Inc.
Send a message to the desk
Complete every field and press send. The form hands your message to the default mail application with the subject and body already prepared, so the note travels through your own mail account.

Field day sittings are booked ahead. Write or call before visiting so the desk can reserve a room and pull your records.
Three questions the desk hears often
Before you write
Most messages receive a reply within one business day, and booking requests for a field day sitting are usually confirmed the same day when the calendar allows. Anything that touches a live field season moves to the front of the queue, so state the dates plainly if a deadline is close.
Yes. The grove office is the default room, but we travel to a station when instruments are too delicate or too numerous to move. Tell us what equipment is involved and the desk will suggest whether travel or an office session makes the better use of the day.
Bring one week of recent survey notes, a list of the devices you carry and the report you must deliver to your funder or agency. Those three items are enough for the desk to map the shortest route through the six service tracks.
